Managing bipolar disorder can be challenging—and at times, deeply isolating. That’s why I created a supportive group space where individuals can come together, share their experiences, and find connection with others who truly understand. This group offers an open and judgment-free environment to talk about the realities of living with a mood disorder, explore coping strategies, and build a sense of community. After years of working in the mental health field, I recognized a gap in resources for those living with bipolar disorder—and I’m passionate about helping to fill that need within the Arizona community. A personal intake is required to join. Sessions are held online via telehealth every Tuesday at 6:30 PM.
